📦Orders & Shipping
1. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email (do check your junk mail!). Email us at info@singapaw.com.sg if you did not receive the email.
3. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Currently, we only offer standard delivery.
4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We regret to inform you that changes or cancellations due to change of mind are not permitted once an order has been placed. Should you have made an error in your order details (such as shipping address or item selection), please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
5. What are your shipping rates?
Shipping is free for orders placed in Singapore.

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard credit cards, Paypal and Atome.
7. Can I request an exchange or refund?
Exchanges or refunds are only eligible if the product received is damaged, defective, or if there has been a shipping error by Singapaw. Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery, and items must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
8. My product arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please contact us at info@singapaw.com.sg within 72 hours with photos of the damaged item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
9. My pet doesn’t like the product. Can I return it?
Unfortunately, for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products can’t be returned — but we’d love to recommend something else your pet might enjoy!

10. Are your treats safe for puppies and kittens?
Most of our treats are suitable for pets 6 months and older. For younger pets, please check the product description or consult your vet.
